Chef Lauri Grizzle will teach us to prepare vibrant tea sandwiches that highlight springs first offerings! Chef Lauri will teach us to make a trio of sandwiches: Asparagus & Prosciutto Pinwheels, and Radish & Chive Butter, and Chicken with Boursin Cheese sandwiches.

We will also lean to make Herb-Shallot Miniature Quiches, Lemon Scones with Matcha Glaze, Petite Victoria Sponge Cake with raspberry jam and whipped cream, AND Chocolate Tartlets with a Lady Grey Fruit Topping!
