We will sample the dynamic flavors of Spain beginning with a miniature charcuterie board. While we enjoy our charcuterie boards, we will watch as Chef Melissa demonstrates bacon-wrapped stuffed dates.
We will then travel to the vibrant community of València, the birthplace of our main dish- Paella! We will learn the secrets to preparing the perfect Classic Spanish Paella and taste its robust flavors.
For dessert we will balance sweet and citrus in our Blood Orange Olive Oil Cake!
