Dumpling Series II: "Indian Samosas” w/ Chef Tony Pisconeri

Spicy, hot, delicious! Indian Samosas are fun to make, and we will learn all the secrets to making authentic Samosas. Chef Tony will teach us how to make our dough and prepare the traditional potato and vegetable filling. He will give us tips and tricks for the perfect folding and frying of our samosas!

We will then get to taste these fantastic Samosas with a sweet and spicy India chutney.

Don't forget to add on a glass of wine to sip during class!
