Three courses with three complimenting wines, Chef and Sommeliere Melissa Hass will be teaching us all about flavors and pairings!
She will begin with an amuse-bouche- A Strawberry Goat Cheese Truffle, featuring pistachio and candied jalapeño.
We will then dive into the preparation of our main course of Surf & Turf- Mini Beef Wellington, Mini Salmon Wellington, and Smoked Trout Rillette, along with the perfect complimenting wine.
We will finish with a Dark Chocolate Espresso Torte for dessert.
Must be 21 years or older to attend this class.
