Chef Melissa is transporting us to Naples, Italy! She will be featuring her authentic, from-scratch Neapolitan lasagna.
We will learn to prepare an Italian chopped salad, handmade pasta sheets, homemade ricotta cheese, creamy Bechamel sauce, and a savory Bolognese sauce.
For dessert Chef Melissa will teach us to prepare a Limoncello Torte with Basil Sorbet... Mangia! Mangia!
