Cast Iron Cooking & Care at General Store

Chef Jimmy cooks with cast iron nearly every day, was featured in Southern Cast Iron Magazine as the "Traveling Skillet", and was given a Taste50 Award in 2022 from Taste of the South magazine. He is also a member of the "Lodge Squad" with Lodge Cast Iron company.

Smashed roasted potatoes, skillet corn, meat, cole slaw, deviled eggs, Grandmaw's dough rolls, and a pineapple upside down cake will be served!
